KURSK STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY : Kursk State Medical University is ranked as one of the top 10 best Russian Medical Universities. It was the first University to offer students a full medical training program in the English medium in Russia. Kursk State Medical University takes up an outstanding position rating by UNESCO and WHO in the international rating. The University is officially authorized by the Medical Council of India, Australia, UK, USMLE, etc.

HISTORY-: Kursk State Medical University is a well recognized medical university which is located in the Kursk (Russia). The decision to create a medical institute was taken in 1935, and the first class of students began their studies in September of that year. The construction of the university buildings was not finished until 1940, which is also when the first group of medical doctors graduated. Between December 1941 and January 1944.

ACADEMICS-: Kursk State Medical University has over 5,500 students out of which 1,200 students are international students. From arts events to sports events, Kursk State Medical University is a center for innovation and culture. There are various vibrant societies through which students can make new pals.
There are 6 hostels for all the students. Out of these hostels, 3 modern hostels are available to international students. These hostels are about 5-10 minutes walking distance from the University. There is a centrally heating system in every hostel. Hot water facilities are available in every room.
